Introducing your Harker DECA Chapter Advisor, Mr. Glass! Hard-working, positive, and caring, Juston Glass is the Director of the Business and Entrepreneurship Department at Harker. Aside from DECA, he is also the advisor for TEDx, CareerConnect, Investment Club, Podcast Series, BEcon, and Harker Incubator. His favorite part about DECA is seeing students who have previously not won work hard and continue to practice, ultimately winning both events at the next conference.

Introducing your 2026-2027 Co-CEO, Abigail Sachse! Abigail is a rising senior who loves going to the gym, drawing, and watching reality TV! This summer, she will be working hard on writing her college applications. Her favorite part of DECA is “making new friends and lifelong memories!”

Meet your 2026-2027 Co-CEO, Kai Nishimura! Kai is a rising senior who loves surfing, track, hanging out with his friends, and his dogs. This summer, he will be focusing on his college applications and working at the lower school. His favorite part of DECA is practicing TDM’s with his partner, Colin.

Introducing your 2026-2027 VP of Operations, Medha Choudhry! Medha loves running, listening to audiobooks, and coding. She will be taking online courses and traveling to Europe this summer. Her favorite part of DECA is trying new foods when DoorDashing!

Meet your 2026-2027 VP of Competitions, Abby Wang! Abby loves conducting biology research, reading, and playing golf. Naturally, she will be spending her summer exploring her interests: biology, research, and golf. Her favorite part of DECA is “meeting so many different people at every single conference!”

HIII!! Meet your 2026-2027 VP of Public Relations, Alrisha Chen! Alrisha is a rising junior who collects vinyls, plays water polo, and goes to concerts! Aside from traveling to Canada and the East Coast, she will also be attending several concerts this summer, including Ed Sheeran, Wave to Earth, and Beach Bunny! Her favorite part of DECA is talking with her friends in her hotel room and eating whatever she wants during conferences.

Meet your 2026-2027 VP of Finance, David Kelly! David likes soccer, biking, and receipts. He will be busy working this summer. His favorite part of DECA is the DECA diamond!

Meet your 2026-2027 Director of Accounting, Smera Savadi! Smera enjoys reading, practicing martial arts, and listening to music. This summer, she will be spending time with her friends by going to the beach with them! Her favorite part of DECA is preparing and presenting case studies and interviewing others participating in the same event. She also loves meeting non-DECA members in elevators during conferences and pitching the organization to them!

Meet your 2026-2027 Director of Logistics, Advaith Rajesh! Advaith’s interests include sports, travel, and movies. He will be going to Greece and India, attending a Stanford course as well as a Berkeley course, volunteering, and attending a rock climbing camp this summer. His favorite part of DECA is connecting on a deeper level with his peers and his judges.

Introducing your 2026-2027 Director of Membership, Aditya Gupta! Aditya likes watching F1, playing with his dog, and investing. During the summer, he will be going to a Don Toliver concert and traveling to London and Greece. He loves DECA because he makes valuable memories with his friends and balances having fun and staying locked in during conferences.

This summer, she will be taking a summer math course at Harker, working on her digital fashion business, and expanding her Steam library. Her favorite part of DECA is having the ability to combine all of her interests into one.

Introducing your new 2026-2027 Director of Community Engagement, Leo Hoffman! Leo enjoys learning about and using AI, playing tennis, and participating in DECA! His summer will be spent taking a summer math course at Harker, engaging in a program at UMass Amherst, and traveling to Japan.
